Issue with Importing KPI Glossary

I'm trying to populate a KPI Glossary. I've added the fields I want, extracted the template and ensured all necessary characteristics for import are included.

I filled out the template, however, despite no error messages indicating issues, when I attempt to import into Collibra, nothing gets imported.

Any suggestions on what I can do to solve this?
