Configure and Manage Permissions for DGC settings tab?

Hello,

I wanted to confirm a certain use case we are exploring; the idea is to be able to manage system admin permission in a way that allows a user to access DGC settings tab, manage the workflows tab in settings page and also view the resource ids of assets, attributes and relations; BUT the user should not be able to create new asset types, relation types or attribute types.

Basically, a user can upload new workflows and view resource ids but should not be able to create new resource types in the settings page.

Quite sure Collibra does not allow this feature but just wanted to confirm on this portal and see if maybe it has been suggested in ideation ?
