Widget | collibra insights | connection declined

Hi all,

I would like to add our company internal Viva Engage (Yammer) page to Collibra Dashboard, but I get “connection declined”.

I also tried out with URL to YouTube video, still “connection declined”.

Do you have any idea:

Is it a firewall issue on Collibra Data Intellingence Cloud side?
Which port do I need to open?
Should I create a ticket to Collibra Customer support to open firewall? Or is it a firewall clearance for our internal IT?
